01 General Provisions

bde9 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, gaming products, promotions, and other offerings on the bde9 platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any person who accesses or uses any part of this platform will be considered a "user".

02 Account Registration

Account Security

03 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the bde9 platform you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have full legal capacity
• Must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of Bangladesh
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bde9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each account may claim each promotion once
• Bonuses have a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires
• It may not be possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time
• bde9 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus
• Bonuses will be cancelled in cases of promotion abuse

06 Game Rules

Slot games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The outcome of each spin is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous spins.

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. The dealer's decision is final, and in the event of a technical issue, the round in question may be considered void.

Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, the decisions of official national and international sports bodies (ICC, BPL, IPL, etc.) are considered final in determining match outcomes. In the event of a match being suspended or cancelled, bets will be settled according to bde9's specific rules.

Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by network issues, server errors, or software bugs, bde9 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bde9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering)
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Conducting gambling promotion or intermediary activities

08 Responsible Gaming
